UK has been pretty bad this season, but can anyone explain how UNC is considered to be in the tournament currently if UK isn’t? No Quad 1 wins and about to lose their 10th game. Frankly neither should make it at this point.

@HSAHomeWarranty trying to get a service request through for our furnace. I got through when I called this morning but now your phone number isn’t working and the HVAC company can’t do anything until they receive the request. Really need some help.

If the only method of contact is through your phone number or a Twitter account I would hope you would at least keeps tabs on the one that is functional. Especially when your customers can’t just go directly through the contractor.
