Counterpoint. I grew up in the UK. I had never heard the term "health insurance" before I came here.
This is pretty much the only country in the civilized world where going to the doctor is put off because of cost.
The only place where sharing medicine is normal because of costs.
The only place your medical care is tied to having a job.

Today I've seen a dozen posts of "It's my first day at Cloudflare and I just pushed an update haha".
Thousands of likes, lots of engagement.
For reused content we've seen a million times.
For original stuff - crickets.
