Feel free to have a look: lievendoclo.github.io/leerma…

These two paragraphs of my verdict are crucial for everyone to read and understand. "Even if all of the statements made by Van Langenhove are based on scientific evidence and statistics, it makes no difference to the criminal intent. Van Langenhove is not charged with spreading false information. He is charged with presenting facts in a way that incites hatred against persons on the grounds of one or more of the protected criteria in the Anti-Racism Law.” 1⃣ "For Van Langenhove to have committed a crime, it is not necessary for him to have incited concrete acts of hate or violence. It suffices that others are incited to take on a general attitude of intolerance or disapproval regarding a group protected under the criteria of the Anti-Racism Law." 2⃣ This means you can go to jail for "inciting hatred" even if your statements were 100% factual (see 1⃣) and even if you did NOT incite concrete acts of hate (see 2⃣). The benchmark of "inciting hatred" , a crime punishable by prison, is thus "saying something that has the potential of inciting someone to have a general attitude of disapproval regarding a protected group". This means literally any criticism of mass migration is now a punishable offence. If you cite a statistic, and someone could potentially think less of a protected group (like migrants) because of it, you can be jailed. The craziest part is that there is no defence possible against this. I brought the scientific studies that I cited to court, but the judge didn't care 1⃣. I also proved that the hundreds of students present at the lecture included students of all different political affiliations, and everyone was able to voice their opinion or ask questions. The lecture went very calmly, so obviously nobody was incited to hatred. But this too did not matter 2⃣, because if the judge says he believes there is the possibility that someone COULD be incited to "a general attitude of disapproval", this is enough for the judge to send me to jail, even without any evidence. I'm telling you this to warn you that by the time these hate speech laws have come into place, it's already too late. You will NEVER be able to beat these laws in court. You have to stop them before they are implemented. Let my fate be your warning.

A very sad announcement. I have just been convicted a second time for 'hate speech' and it is only due to a technicality that I could not immediately be sent to jail —to the judge's frustration. In an ironic turn of events it's actually thanks to my previous prison sentence (for memes in a private group chat) that I am now still free —in a physical sense, at least. Call me naive but I didn't think they would take it this far, given that this precedent criminalises many of the arguments used by even the most moderate politicians critical of mass migration. In February 2024 I gave a lecture at Catholic University Leuven wherein I linked mass migration to crime and a deterioration of our quality of life. Every single point I made was 100% the truth and based on scientific evidence. Cynically, even the judge that convicted me admits as much by writing in his verdict: “Even if all of the statements made by Van Langenhove are based on scientific evidence and statistics, it makes no difference to the criminal intent. Van Langenhove is not charged with spreading false information. He is charged with presenting facts in a way that incites hatred against persons on the grounds of one or more of the protected criteria in the Anti-Racism Law.” That's a lot of words just to say he wants to send me to prison for speaking the truth. Even the regime media write: "It did not matter to the court that Van Langenhove was quoting scientific sources. The judge argued that Van Langenhove's main message was that a big part of the societal problems like insecurity, housing shortages and lowering educational standards are due to mass migration." You may think the regime media are being sympathetic to me in the first sentence, but in reality they are warning people: even if you speak the truth, if you go against our narrative, we will crush you in every way possible. Both the public prosecutor and the judge did not present a single real argument as to how or against whom I would have incited hatred. So even if I would accept their crazy, dystopic law, I still did not break it. The only argument they present is that I created a "hostile atmosphere of us versus them” in regards to migrants. But even this silly argument (which is not even a punishable offence) is not true. To me, the deadly disease is self-hatred and one of its worst symptoms is replacement migration. My enemy is thus NOT the migrants themselves but those orchestrating the mass migration. Sadly, in Belgium, evidence is not needed and ‘vibes’ are enough to put someone in jail. Given the fact that I have another court case coming up in September and that I have a dozen active criminal investigations for hate speech, time is running out for me. I have already paid more than €420,000 in legal fees and there is no ending in sight. I have been in an intense battle of attrition for eight years and must now regroup to make sure I can still win. If you want to help me, you can do so via the links below. If you can help in other ways, please contact me via DM. If you live in a country that still has free speech, never let them touch it, however noble they make the motives sound, because this is where it leads to.

🔻Iran just folded. No more "death to America." No more threats. No more bluff. They sent a proposal... begging for peace. Open Hormuz, drop the blockade, end the war. No conditions on nukes. No demands. Just — **stop**. 60 days ago they shut down the Strait and thought the world would bend. Oil spiked. Markets crashed. Every headline screamed "World War III." And Trump? Silence. Then strike. Blockade. Sanctions. An armada parked in the Gulf. No negotiations. No backing down. Not one inch. Now... **Araghchi flies to Moscow begging Putin for help.** Putin. The same Putin drowning in his own mess. You think he's saving the Iranian regime? He's trying to save his own gas deals while his economy bleeds. 60 days was all it took. **THE MOST POWERFUL MILITARY IN HUMAN HISTORY IS SITTING ON THEIR DOORSTEP AND THEY'RE BEGGING FOR A PHONE CALL.** Trump said two words yesterday: **"Call us."** Two words. That's it. Not negotiating. Not asking. Not pleading. Call when you're ready to surrender. This isn't diplomacy. This is chess. And the other king has no moves left. Remember when every talking head on CNN said this man would start World War III? Remember when they said he was "reckless" and "dangerous"? Look at them now. Watching Iran **BEG** for peace without a single American soldier on Iranian soil. No invasion. No occupation. Just raw, brutal, unmatched power. And here's what they won't tell you — Saturday night they sent a man with a shotgun at him. Sunday morning he walked into the Situation Room and handled Iran like nothing happened. Not a scratch. Not a flinch. They can't stop him. Bullets didn't work. Courts didn't work. Media didn't work. Oh and while Iran was "destroying American dominance"... the US dollar hit **51.1% of all international transactions.** All-time record. The highest ever recorded by SWIFT. They tried to kill the dollar. The dollar ate them alive. THIS IS AMERICA FIRST. Not a slogan. Not a promise. A result. ♟️

I love this. 👇 To the person who wrote this, thank you for sharing what so many of us think of our President.♥️🇺🇸 Mr. President, ⠀ I don’t know if you’ll ever read this. Probably not. But I’m writing it anyway because my wife and I talk about this all the time, and somebody needs to say it out loud. ⠀ We can’t wait for the day you’re no longer President. ⠀ Not because we’re tired of you. The opposite. Because you deserve to go home. You deserve quiet mornings. You deserve to sit on your own porch without the weight of 330 million people sitting on your shoulders. You deserve your family back. You deserve peace. ⠀ You didn’t have to do any of this. ⠀ You had the money. You had the name. You had the life most men only dream about. You could’ve spent the rest of your days golfing, traveling, watching your grandkids grow up. ⠀ Instead you stepped into a fire that nearly cost you everything. ⠀ They mocked you. They sued you. They raided your home. They tried to bankrupt you. They tried to lock you up. They dragged your wife and kids through the mud. They put a bullet through your ear and you got up with your fist in the air and kept going. ⠀ For what? ⠀ For us. Regular people. Truck drivers. Welders. Waitresses. Roughnecks. Farmers. Single moms working two jobs. Grandparents on a fixed income watching the country they built get handed away. ⠀ You didn’t owe us a thing. And you gave us everything. ⠀ You risked your name. Your legacy. Your safety. Your family’s safety. Your brand. Your freedom. All of it. So this country could have one more shot at being what it was supposed to be. ⠀ And the truth nobody wants to admit? ⠀ We didn’t deserve a President like you. ⠀ A nation this divided, this ungrateful, this asleep at the wheel didn’t earn a man willing to bleed for it. But God sent you anyway. And I’ll thank Him for that until the day I die. 🙏 ⠀ So when the day finally comes that you walk away from that desk, I hope you sleep good. I hope your wife laughs again without looking over her shoulder. I hope your kids breathe easy. I hope you golf till the sun goes down and nobody bothers you for nothing. ⠀ You earned every bit of it. ⠀ Thank you, Mr. President. From a truck driver in Texas who prays for you often. ⠀ God bless you. God bless your family. And God bless the United States of America. 🇺🇸

Nonkel Jos slecht te been: klimaat. Tante Maria een ladder in haar nylonkous? Exact: klimaat…

(Lees o.a. Zelfs indien Van Langenhove statistieken overdrijft of verdraait.

I do not care who gets mad at me for saying this: President Trump, Thank you for something far deeper than politics. Thank you for waking up every morning at 79 years old and carrying a weight most people could never handle. Thank you for the meals you missed, the family moments you never got back, the sleepless nights, the long flights, the endless pressure, and the burden of serving a country that never stops demanding more. Thank you for getting back up every single time the world tried to bury you. Thank you for enduring attacks, lies, betrayal, and pressure that would have broken most people for good. Thank you for giving up comfort, privacy, peace, and the life you had built to sit in the hardest seat on earth and fight for this country. You did not have to do any of this. You already had the money, the success, the properties, the lifestyle, and the freedom. You could have walked away. Instead, you chose sacrifice. You chose responsibility. You chose America. Thank you for everything you carried that so many never fully saw. Thank you for every morning you chose this country over yourself. We see you. We appreciate you. And we thank you. God bless you. God protect you. And may God keep giving you the strength to carry what most people never could.

#KingRezaPahlavi‌ForIran
