Why do so many Indian corporations fail to localize (L10n) their call centers? When you publish print ads, you do it in every local language; when you broadcast radio ads, you do it in every state's language.

At least, you could arrange call center executives in the 22 official languages or pick a bilingual person who could use English as a link language to converse with non-Hindi-speaking geographies in India.

When you saw Muslims being abused on social media, you ignored it because "social media is toxic in general".
When you saw Muslims being abused on the streets, you ignored it because "there are bad guys on both sides".
When you saw Muslims being abused in TV studios, you ignored it because "media will do anything for TRPs".
When you saw Muslims being abused in election rallies, you ignored it because "there are fringe elements in all parties".
Now when you see Muslims being abused in the Indian Parliament, you have nowhere to hide.
