@ParcelHero accurate weight and dimensions given, money paid, parcel delivered. 2 weeks later £56 additional charge due to ‘volumetric weight’ based on zero evidence. NEVER EVER USE these #robdogs

Never ever use @parcelhero. Disgusting overcharging and disingenuous customer services. Instead of £30 original charge eventually charged £90 to return £100 14kg mirror with accurate dimensions provided. Disgraceful and shameful company.

1/3 TEMPORARY CAMPUS CLOSURES❗️The college has suffered a major ransomware attack on our IT system, which has disabled many of our core systems. Our campus buildings will therefore be CLOSED TO STUDENTS for a week from Monday 15 March to allow our IT specialists to fix the issue.
