A time capsule was discovered earlier this week within the walls of historic Zion Lutheran Church in Madison, Wisconsin. Yesterday, a crowd gathered outside of @sector67 for its opening. Among the contents? A copy of the Cap Times, dated Aug. 24, 1968. 📰
