Booked a suite at Svelte, Radisson Individual Delhi – zero service. No hair dryer in room, phone doesn’t work, receptionist (Pranay) was rude & hung up on me. 30 mins later, still no help. Radisson, this is shocking. #BadService

Went down to the lobby myself – the same staff member was even more rude in person and again refused to share his name. It was only his colleague who finally told me it’s Pranay. Is this the hospitality standard @RadissonHotels?
