Last but no least- HAVE A GREAT NEWWWW YEARRRR!ik this doesn’t revolve in with having good skin buttt you should always stay active and or spend time with friends and family. 💗✨🎉
Step 4- Clean your face. Obviously you need to take care of your face. Try using natural and smelly essential oils and or face scrubs/masks. This will help to take away the dirt, pores, blackheads, and pimples before this year. It will also help with natural odor to;)
Step 3- TAKE SHOWERS. It may sound like I’m overreacting but trust me it helps. You never know what kind of things you could be touching. Even if you have washed and sanitized your hands you still have the chemical sort following you. Make sure you shower before and after bed.
Step 2- drink lots of water. Now I’m not talking about like 2 cups of water a day, I’m talking 8-10 cups. You will feel better by the minute. This helps to refresh your body and take out all the mucus and dirt like oils that could be sitting around on you.
Step 1- Exercise on the daily, Not only will this change things to your body but it will help with the blemishes and skin definitions from your face. You will also feel healthier. So just give the chance to have fun and exercise with your favorite playlist of the new year🎉
