These two wide shots felt deliberate. Chas sees a liar. Mack sees a woman who's struggling, but not the trauma she's hiding. The audience knows the bigger picture. Nobody in Charity's life does.

✅ I hope the pacing of Charity’s spiral was well thought out and we reach our destination without feeling like the plot is treading water.
What if the evidence proves Todd did it and instead of denying it, she admits it but claims Charity wanted it? Everything I've read in "print" says its going to get even darker. Black Hole level dark??? I can see her totally losing the plot and saying Charity was begging for it.
