MEET THE TEAM! Meet Corbin Davenport, one of our new Developer Advocates!
Corbin is a writer, software developer, and podcaster based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Before joining SerpApi, he covered the consumer tech industry as News Editor at How-To Geek, and was previously a writer at XDA, PC Gamer, and Android Police.
Corbin started working on software projects and building websites in his early teens, initially with a copy of Adobe GoLive on an iMac G4. You may have seen or even used some of his projects, including the Link Cleaner web app, the ‘Nexus Tools’ installer for Android modding, and the ImageShare service for transferring photos and videos from low-end devices. Most recently, he created the ‘‘Just the Browser’ tool for removing unnecessary features from modern web browsers.
Corbin has a passion for solving real-world problems, either through writing tutorials, acting as tech support, fixing documentation, or building entire new utilities and applications. He’s excited to do a little bit of everything at SerpApi, building on his experience in both tech media and development, and help everyone turn API results into successful projects and businesses.
Away from the keyboard, Corbin enjoys reading, video games, Star Trek, podcasts, and obscure history topics. You might run into him in a round of Overwatch.
