Due to technical issues with a vendor, direct deposits to and from accounts are currently delayed for all Alberta credit union members. The vendor is working as quickly as possible to resolve the issues. No current timeline has been given. We’ll keep you updated as we learn more.

The technical issues that caused delays with direct deposits to and from accounts has been resolved. All scheduled transactions will be processed later today, and any fees incurred as a result of the delay will be reversed or reimbursed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
