Hey Heroes! We've been radio silent for a while. The pandemic has been a real challenge for both of us professional and personally. We are hoping that in the next coming months, we can get back into a routine of recording once we have ourselves back in equilibrium.

Obtaining mental health services during COVID highlights ableism in the healthcare system and potentially puts both clinicians and clients at risk of transmission due to lack of insurance coverage for telehealth and phone based services. 1/
