Really not sure I've ever seen the level of cope Thunder fans have had after losing to the Spurs. Spurs just lost a tragic 5 game series in which they choked big leads in all 4 losses, and I'm not feeling half the pain they are.
It’s really sad it took the large market Knicks to validate what Thunder fans were saying about Wemby and the Spurs..It wasn’t sour grapes coming from the fans of a team on the prairie, it was the truth that the Frenchman isn’t what everyone thinks/wants him to be

Canes doing their best to ease the pain.

There isn't a talking head in the world that could have come up with a sillier sports take.
NYC's response to the Knicks' run is an explicit rejection of Trumpism. Civic engagement is at an all-time high. Fearmongering about public safety was crushed by the hundreds of spontaneous watch parties. Unimaginably diverse groups rallying behind a sense of collective identity.

I would simply not curse out, attempt to injure, or punch my coworkers in the face if I didn't want to be fined.

Draymond Green blasts $100,000 NBA fines: “This job ain't set up for us to be wealthy” “The amount of money we get fined for the things that we do, that shit don't happen in Corporate America” “You get fined $50,000 because you say something somebody don't like. 50 grand, that's real money. 100 grand. ‘Oh, he only got fined 100 grand.’ The fines to me don't make sense” “As hard as we work to accumulate wealth, coming from situations that most people never make it out. Then you get fined the way we get fined. It's actually not set up for us to be wealthy after we're done playing” "The way we're taxed, the way we're fined, this job ain't never been set up for us to be wealthy after we're done playing”

If the structure of corporate America is better than playing in the NBA, he should probably make the switch.

Brunson gets one before Luka.

Killer team. Can't hate a single player on the Knicks. Well deserved.

All time game by Brunson

DeArron Fox shooting only 3-14, but I just admit it feels much worse.

I think that should have been a foul on Hart even if KAT hadn't pushed Wemby into him.

Really not in the mood for another 4th quarter lost lead.

I'm sure Knicks fans will be calm about this.

Last game Spurs got killed for playing Wemby too many minutes which exhausted him in the end. This game they'll either be brilliant for getting him more rest or it will have been obvious he should have played more.

Knicks hit every single desperation shot. Not sure I've ever seen a team hit so consistently on bailout shots.

Knicks are 4-22 so you'd like the Spurs to be up more than 10. However, that didn't exactly help last game...

All I want is for the Spurs to not lay down and die. So far so good.

Double digit lead. What could go wrong.

Well when you put it that way... Yes?
This the basic difference. Republicans believe that that if you let the wealthy spend capital it will make Americans prosperous. Democrats believe that the federal government investing in the healthcare & education of our people will make America prosperous & productive.

I know woke is dead, but it's far more dead than I ever anticipated it could be.
Some people just like classic Coke. New York Times writer Jodi Kantor went on CNN to explain why Democrats can vote for Maine senatorial candidate Graham Platner: After all, this is really not the classic Me Too allegations ... .jonathanturley.org/2026/06/1…

As someone who loves classic coke, I find this deeply offensive.
