Guys stop using @ShiprocketIndia thy are frauds.3 pkgs lost no one is replying on email,chat.cust support hv no idea.call transfers & call disconnects.on the name of refund thy hv ggiven less than half amt and no reversal of shipping charges.

Had multiple calls/chats/email/tickets bt no call back,no response.pkg lost for one pkg they refunded bt customer exp is getting impacted.now customer has cancelled the order as both issues happened with same customer.delivery nt even attempted. @ShiprocketIndia
