Our latest employee frame ready for welding. One of the benefits of working at Seven: you get to work on your own Seven. Or Sevens. Work here long enough, and you may end up with a Seven fleet. Most employees do. This Sola design is part prototype & part custom awesomeness.

Seven’s 24th anniversary is today. Thanking our customers for making it possible. By the numbers: We’ve built 30,000 custom bikes. 7 of our first 10 employees from 1997 are still with Seven. Still can’t get rid of the last 3 of our 4 founders. 0 outside investors. Always riding!

Bonding carbon & titanium | Seven has used the same epoxy system for 23 years. And our design team has been bonding carbon to titanium for more than three decades. Tens of thousands of bonded joints. Never a single epoxy fatigue failure. Slow processes to build fast bikes.

Becoming a welder at Seven requires tremendous commitment. One year of training for the most capable welders. More than one-thousand test welds will be necessary. Our newest teammate, B, is on the path to welding the best bikes ever made. It takes time and patience.

Critical H-tool check. One of about 30 of Seven’s alignment controls. This test does a lot of heavy lifting: Ensures dropout faces are parallel, wheel axle is true, derailleur hanger is perfect, zero preload stress at welds, zero added stress at hub/axle interface.
