@potterybarn has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. You’d like for the prices they charge, they’d have excellent service but it’s quite the opposite. I ordered a bookshelf for the nursery and selected “white glove delivery”. Today UPS dropped it off.

Officially never doing business with @potterybarn. Had to call 5 times. Got told we would be getting a full refund for the delivery that didn’t happen plus extra compensation for the time and stress only to hear today that they won’t be honoring what they told me on Saturday.

My team threw me a surprise virtual baby shower today. It was so unexpected and incredibly generous. I was overwhelmed by the love and support I felt. Feeling so lucky heading into my maternity leave on Monday. #lifeatgoogle @googlecloud
