As an intern @coderina and I'm already assembling a 6-DOF robotic arm using @ArctosRobotics' open-source design. ~20 hrs of build time, 168 parts, 600mm reach. Sharing the journey here.

30epochs in: E2E-VarNet 4ร MRI recon on 47mT open scanner. SSIM rising, no hallucination, data consistency Rician loss.
Next: more epochs, perceptual loss, uncertainty maps, radiologist eval. Goal: real-time MRI where none exists.

SSIM 0.70. Images were black.
I optimized loss in k-space, not image space. Model matched numbers, not anatomy.
Validate in the domain clinicians see. k-space lies.
E2E-VarNet worked because data consistency anchors predictions to physics.
