Was sent money with @Zelle, got a text to collect it, set up the Zelle app and... nothing. 72 hours later, still no payment.
Submitted a support request, no response after 48 hours.
Called support, was told that there was nothing they can do, I have to contact the sender.
So basically, Zelle is a great for the sender and complete garbage for the receiver. The sender already has the goods, and I have nothing and no recourse other than to ask the sender to sort it out. #dumpsterfire

Anyone know if it's possible to get Python pip to install the MINIMUM version of each package listed in setup-py or requirements-txt? I want to configure a unit test run that uses the minimum rather than the maximum allowed versions of each dependency
