Always Sunny debuted the same year as The Office in the US (2005) and has unequivocally gone farther in every episode than The Office ever attempted. Always Sunny is also still running today.
Rainn Wilson says "The Office" probably wouldn’t be made today, telling Fox News Digital that media trends have shifted left and that cancel culture makes it difficult for edgy comedies to thrive.

If you're going to watch a play through to "experience the game" you should find a commentaryless playthrough. Otherwise you might let the letsplayers opinions influence you. People were genuinely convinced that Nagito had a thing for bagels because of NicoBs DR2 letsplay.
People in real life: “Do you like this game?” “Yes. I watched Markiplier play it, it has a cool story, I like this character.” “Cool.”

Weird Akane-banashi episode, and the weakest production wise imo. The episode begins with some stunning drawings of Isshou, only to immediately switch to some rather mediocre drawings of Akane, all within the same scene. You can tell the staff had their priorities

i've always understood the surreality of south american magical realism as a way of verbalizing the unsteady sense of identity that comes about from continuous efforts to erase history and culture, and what comes from the merging of local with colonialist culture.

Watching the simpsons. Rewatched the episode where Homer invents lean and Moe steals credit for it. Classic stuff

To me almost every new soulslike falls flat, because it feels like the devs are focusing on the wrong things and that is extremely elaborate, ultra difficulty boss fights. Sure DS1 was sorta difficult, but to me it was more about the exploration. That's where it absolutely shone

the first entry in this series gameplay wise was about level exploration and using space in creative ways to make interesting and engaging encounters out of relatively simple enemies yet the most creative soulslikes can ever get is "lets add a parry"
