The FIA is saddened to learn of the passing of Alex Zanardi, the former Formula 1 driver, two-time CART champion whose journey from life-changing accident to Paralympics gold medallist made him one of sport’s most admired competitors and an enduring symbol of courage and determination.

CTV so desperately tried to create an Anti-American news story about Canadians cheering for the Sabres but it entirely backfired. They couldn’t get one person to trash talk the US. Politicians like Mark Carney and Doug Ford don’t understand how closely tied we are to the Americans in this area. When the Penguins get eliminated I’ll be cheering for the Sabres.
