Ending new cases of HIV by 2030 in England is possible but the Government must produce a plan that leaves no one behind.
I'm proud to support @THTorguk @NAT_AIDS_Trust @ejaf, and have written to @MattHancock urging him to produce an HIV Action Plan worthy of its name.
