NEW: Woman launches a "deli" from 30,000 feet in the air on an airplane after she feared her adult children would get hungry. The woman, 71-year-old Shelly Murphy, was seen turning the plane's table trays into a sandwich-making station. After making the sandwiches, Murphy handed them out to her husband and children.
