Fable has the “grinds problems into dust” tendency? I like the greater autonomy (which is very codex) but less so the brazen “let’s write our own dns resolver to work around that thing it’s only 150 loc” (which is what I had to stop it doing)

The problem with CBSE is part of a larger issue with how the govt implements reforms. Reforms are supposed to be gradual with phased testing. If you want to implement OSM, why start with the largest exam? Why not test it on a smaller scale & iron out the errors first?
