After five years of fighting, Fella’s Bill to #BanSpitHoods has passed SA Legislative Council, with support of the Government & all parties. Fella’s Bill will soon be law. SA now has a future without the cruel spit hoods in which Fella took his last breaths. #JusticeforFella
