Absolutely thrilled to directing the #InsideNo9 play with @SP1nightonly and @ReeceShearsmith! Jumping head-first into the darkest comedy, the twistiest plots, the macabrest (sp?) nightmares. No one does this kind of stuff quite like them. Can’t wait.x

I didn’t know about this (thanks to @DanGageEditor and @FStarogardzki for pointing me at it) but it’s absolutely wonderful.
Also reminds me of one idea for #Staged Series 2 which would have had David arguing with David and Michael arguing with Michael.

Late to the party, I know, but this last (and final) #InsideNo9 was a triumph. Funny, surprising, moving. And the delight of two brilliant actors playing themselves (which is obviously my Achilles heel)! Very excited (and now nervous too) to be helping out with what comes next. S

@SimonEvans25 just watched the penultimate ep of staged season 3. Cried, laughed as I have done through the whole 3 seasons. Brilliant, funny, moving and inspired. Writing and directing at its best (given the talent available.)
