If a girl found your profile TONIGHT and looked at it - would she care? Would there be anything interesting for her? Think about this honestly, it's not an insincere question.

meetinghouse.cc exists as a nice directory, and you should log in if only to see interesting people near you to follow but where do I take it from here?

I can do travel pins, which can alert people nearby, but I cannot do this for mutuals, because the x dot com the everything app API is too expensive. So it would have to be "you travel to xyz place, I email all people near that travel pin that there's someone in town" seems blah

I don't want to add messaging, or try to replicate x dot com the everything app features, since you need an account to place a pin in the first place, you can always do that here. It has to be something this place can't easily do.

It sounds strange to say but I am pretty sure the average person cannot maintain the average house Partly cost, partly complexity, partly they are unwilling to put in the time

My brother is alive but somehow trapped in the year 2007. He is getting the latest version of Notepad to update his USB key that he keeps for fresh installs.

The entire world is coated with a thin film of inertia. Everything. You can pierce it
always thought harry potter series was unrealistically pessimistic about how few characters would care to learn more how the magic actually works & then u watch people interact with llms

In 2019 I bought $200 of used bricks on FB marketplace from an old man in Wilton, with my landscaper friend helping out with his trailer. The man had a big pile of stone on his property and my friend asked about it. He said we could have the stone if we could take them away.

I’d absolutely love to know what the stone cost and how intense the diy project was, I’m about to tackle something really similar but I’m still in the research phase

Lu thinks doing stuff like this, a little bit every year, is just normal. It's been his whole life. I've let him split several stones now (with safety glasses)

I drove over one in Gilsum last year I had to stop the car and get out, climb down to see it better.
Did you know that NH also has ~27 active (in-use) stone arch bridges? Hillsborough, NH has the highest concentration, including 3 active dry-laid bridges on the same road, spanning the same brook.
