The power of fundamentals is that they give you the choice to indulge in an unbelievably wide range of problems. Work and life become exponentially more interesting and consequential.
It took me years to really learn this: if someone talks to you in technical terms such that you can't follow or understand, it's almost definitely not your fault. It's theirs. They're either incapable of explaining the concepts, don't care if you understand or are afraid of something.
