@Airtel_Presence since when does a Rs 10,125 claim entail a 10% chaff of Rs 4,000. It's very surprising that it takes 1 week to get the claim and then you conveniently attempt to overcharge.

@Airtel_Presence I have been trying to avail my insurance under Airtel Secure. The application doesn't work and despite me purchasing a one year warranty on 8 August, 2020. They are denying the warranty exists at all despite it clearly showing up in the application.

The customer service has dragged the issue for 72 hours without any resolution despite being an Airtel Black member. It is really pathetic that the company promises the world when selling the product and fails to deliver on any promises.
