It's been two weeks since I paid for 2-day shipping and after speaking with 6 different reps not one can be bothered to actually try and find my package, just deflection and excuses.
Hard to be surprised when I'm clearly dealing with customer support based outside of Canada who promise follow-ups that never happen.
DHL and FedEx ishave customer support teams based in Canada - do better UPS.
