It's been two weeks since I paid for 2-day shipping and after speaking with 6 different reps not one can be bothered to actually try and find my package, just deflection and excuses.

Hard to be surprised when I'm clearly dealing with customer support based outside of Canada who promise follow-ups that never happen.
DHL and FedEx ishave customer support teams based in Canada - do better UPS.

@thegridkid And a zoological classification such as cichlid qualifies for #spellingbee as does dram, a Celtic term for a shot of whisky. But not ceilidh, a gathering centred on Scottish and Irish folk music and dance, two of the most prevalent groups of settlers in North America.

Very annoyed by this “disappointed” conservative narrative about new cases in folks under 39 being chalked up to “feeling invincible” when .....you... reopened.... our workplaces....? Told us we were lazy for using CERB? Offered zero rent relief? Perhaps you should go to hell?
