The most important job of a great early stage investor is to genuinely believe in you and help you articulate a vision for how you become huge, so everyone else believes in you too. Requires a lot more compute than pointing out the ways you suck right now.

Tried to have an architecture discussion with Gemini 2.5 Pro & GPT-4o on my codebase.
The difference in quality was wild.
Gemini gave me a systems-level, pragmatic breakdown — CPU vs I/O, GIL, memory overhead, real-world tradeoffs.
Felt like talking to a sr engineer. 🤯

Know what’s under the hood.
Read the docs. Test aggressively.
