Several days ago, a group of traders instantly sold overpriced souvenir collection items to resting orders made by other traders on the Skins marketplace.
These trades were reversed, affecting a small group of users. We penalize traders who reverse trades to take advantage of price discrepancies, but Skins has limited reach beyond that due to the nature of our P2P system.

Traders are compensated with 10% of the value of reversed items, even if no revenue was generated by the sale, which is paid for by Skins even when the trader has no available balance to deduct.
If items are sold during volatility or Steam updates, always be aware of the potential that affected items have the potential (although rare) to be reversed.
