Breslow was the 12th GM choice because every candidate saw that ownership was going on the cheap, not because Cora was manager. Cora started in Boston with an A roster and by the time he got fired it went to C/C-. Story saw the same thing. As did the 90% of the clubhouse @MattMcCarthy985
