This follows the decision by New Breed Agency ApS, the operating company behind the Parken Challenger Championship, to initiate bankruptcy proceedings. Over the past several months, management, shareholders, and partners have worked extensively to secure additional funding and explore alternative solutions that could allow the company and its projects to continue operating. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, a viable solution could not be reached. As a result, the company is no longer able to continue its operations or fulfil its future commitments, leaving no responsible alternative but to commence bankruptcy proceedings. We fully recognize that this announcement will impact many people and organizations who have supported the project, including teams, players, partners, suppliers, and service providers. We are also aware that there are outstanding obligations connected to completed events and ongoing operations. Following the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings, all creditor matters and outstanding claims will be handled in accordance with applicable bankruptcy legislation and under the supervision of the appointed bankruptcy estate. We understand that this news will be disappointing and frustrating for many. We share that disappointment.
