Luton Airport have confirmed that Car Park 1 has now reopened. Any bookings that are not at Car Park 2 are now operating as normal
If your booking is at Car Park 2 we are awaiting further instruction from Luton Airport and will contact you a soon as we have an update from them

Unfortunately parts of our system are down meaning we cannot access some bookings at the moment.
Our IT team are working on it, and we will respond to all queries as quickly as we can. We can only apologise if this causes a delay in response for some customers.
