I do a push/pull/legs, rest, upper, lower split. 2 sets on all with 0-2 RIR. For pull I do: - weighted pull-ups - Bentover rows - Chest supported low row (machine) - Deadlifts For upper (back focus) I do: - Lat pull downs or lat pullovers - T bar rows - Seal rows
