This post is very fraudulent and contradicts your last post - very misleading to the community. Your own product page lists a "High-performance Japanese Poron base." Yet you share the mousepad properties that do not behave like that. Poron is a microcellular polyurethane foam. The material itself is flexible, low-density, and compressible. A 490x420 mm cloth pad with a Poron base cannot stay rigid and flat when held up from the bottom side in one hand, as shown in the picture. It droops/flops under its own weight and gravity. This is basic material science.
Even the firmest cloth pads on the market behave this way. The Pulsar eS PD170, marketed by Pulsar itself as having a "firm, compression-free base," still flexes/flops when held up from the bottom side. The PMM S2P Quantum, listed by PMM as "Mid Soft" with a PU QuantumBase, also flops when held under the same angle. Neither stays rigid in one hand. There's nothing in the cloth pad category, as far as I know, that does unless you are using a hard, rigid core like glass, such as the Finalmouse Horizon. Only glass-core or glass-surface pads stay rigid when held at that angle, and yours is neither.
All of us can tell that the image is clearly AI-generated/assisted and is very misleading once again.
**Using AI imagery to misrepresent a $149 physical product constitutes a deceptive practice under FTC Act Section 5 (15 U.S.C. § 45). Shopify Terms of Service Section 2.5 makes you responsible for compliance with consumer protection laws, and the Acceptable Use Policy requires you to act in good faith and prohibits defrauding buyers.

Just pointing things out to readers:
• Domain
snvgear.com was registered 6 days ago (2026-05-09)
• Zero independent use videos or reviews exist anywhere online
• Contradictory imagery, flexible in one post, rigid in this one
• Manufactured scarcity ("001/500") to justify $149 with no track record, no prior community involvement like other brands in the space, no feedback, nor a community-tested product before launch
• Product description is physically incompatible with the product images advertised online
Given the following evidence, I have reported your store to Shopify via
help.shopify.com/en/manual/y… (I encourage you all to do the same if this aligns with what you are seeing) with full evidence including screenshots of this post, the AI-generated image in this account vs advertised on the product page, and your contradictory replies. Good luck.
