Have a look at the first complete Trypanosoma in vitro cell atlas: biorxiv.org/cgi/content/shor…. T. cruzi is a weird parasite, the genome a mess, transmitted by the "kissing bug" although it poohs on your eyelid and we are still missing good drugs. Maybe our work can make a difference

🚨🔬Excited to share our new paper now out in @NatureMicrobiol! Using Tn-seq live imaging in engineered airway organoids, we explored the fitness tradeoffs P. aeruginosa faces while growing and surviving antibiotic treatment on the mucosal surface. 🔗 rdcu.be/dX4RR

Our latest research on #LRRK2 has just been published in Nature Immunology with @SpringerNature where we show important negative data that this kinase important in #IBD is not expressed and not needed for Paneth cell lysozyme regulation. @mrcppu Read here: rdcu.be/dWnwq

Congrats on this cool work - exciting to see it in print!
Did you ever wonder about olfaction and anosmia in animals. Why do worms love some odors and avoid some. Here is us chasing C elegans in the wild and their microbiome. Dig in if you have time ( you may find Leucine and an olfactory GPCR within). elifesciences.org/reviewed-p…
