Well this isn’t what we were expecting from our new sofa from #Loaf It arrived 2 weeks ago & had to be propped up by books as the leg didn’t fit . They sent another leg which arrived today, and we’ve had to lift the very heavy sofa to put it on ourselves. It doesn’t fit . We’ve been told they have a backlog due to so many complaints & someone will call within 3 days. Not sure how they’ll fix it with a phone call. Strange way to run a business!

UPDATE: Spain / Portugal blackout.
It's ~5 hours since the blackout started. Load has risen a tiny bit to ~12 GW in Spain (a recovery of ~1.5 GW since 12.35pm local time when it started). The grid operator still has another >10 GW to recover.
Sunset in Madrid is in ~3 hours.

the railway is making its announcements less jargony. @DavidLloydRADIO will surely approve but they're more wordy as a result. There is nothing wrong with the clear English word "terminates". Replacing it with "finishes its journey" is lazy and inefficient.
