Getting out the vote in Midtown East with @PatRyanUC 🗳️ Across the spectrum, Democrats are ready for a new way forward driven by effective leadership. I'm proud to have Rep. Ryan's endorsement and look forward to partnering with him to deliver for NY in Washington.

Proud to have the endorsement of @smartlocal28! Our building trades unions are key to class mobility - offering careers, healthcare, and pensions to our hardest workers. Their members built this city and I can't wait to fight for them in Congress.

I'm honored to be endorsed by @smartlocal28. SMART Local 28 has spent over a century fighting for the workers who build this city, and I'm proud to have their support. Sheet metal workers are the backbone of New York's construction industry, and they deserve a representative in Congress who will stand up for prevailing wages, protect project labor agreements, and make sure that federal infrastructure dollars create good union jobs right here at home. I'm committed to being a partner for working people every single day in Washington.

Proud to earn the endorsement of Caring Majority Rising, a statewide movement of home care workers, older and disabled New Yorkers, and family caregivers fighting for a care system that puts people before profit. Every New Yorker deserves access to quality care, and every care worker deserves fair pay, safe working conditions, and dignity on the job. The collapse of CDPAP made clear what happens when Medicaid dollars are handed to corporations without accountability, and in the State Senate I’ll fight to ensure public dollars go directly toward care, not corporate middlemen. I’m honored to stand with Caring Majority Rising in building a New York where older adults and people with disabilities can live independently in their communities with the care they deserve.

The conversation about “skilled labor shortages” is missing a critical fact: The Building Trades already train and deploy the workforce building America’s infrastructure, manufacturing facilities, power generation, and data centers. The issue is not a lack of workers. It’s a failure by some owners, developers, and national contractor groups to commit to early workforce planning and long-term investment—the same commitment the Building Trades and signatory contractor partners have made for decades.
