Here’s a quick snapshot of what you can expect:
1| New Staging Feature - This new feature allows you to test changes to your
#userjourney in a controlled environment before a full release. It’s a great way to iterate and get feedback from a select group of testers, enhancing your ability to experiment safely.
2| AI Translations - We're giving your teams
#languagesuperpowers using
#AI! We are excited to launch bidirectional translation within the help desk. This automated two-way translation will enable teams to help people no matter what language they speak.
3| Integration with Meta’s LLaMA -
Turn.io will soon support integration with
@Meta's large language models, in addition to
#OpenAI models. This feature allows teams to choose the model that fits their specific use case.
4| Multiple Assistants - We’re introducing the ability to create several assistants, each with unique roles and tasks so that you can deploy specialised
#LLMs in different points of your journeys. This will enhance the efficiency and customisation for your user journeys.
5| Journeys API - This highly requested feature enables enterprise customers to automate their deployment processes fully. You can now push your journeys directly to
Turn.io through a streamlined API.
6| Channels API - Another exciting addition coming soon, this feature allows services to extend beyond WhatsApp and launch on other platforms, such as Telegram or local messaging apps. It opens up new channels for reaching audiences who may not use WhatsApp, including
