In all my days I have never seen such a dishonestly referee's game in my life. Promoted tries given, one man in a tackle ball steal declared a foul, two Penrith tries and they were tries declared a try by the referee and declared "insufficient evidence" by the video ref! Shameful

To be fair, he was only fined 25% and ICC accepted he wasn’t ball tampering, but there are enough examples of England walking past the standard they demand everyone else accept.
