I ordered a mouse on @Flipkart and it was a open box delivery where my mom collected the mouse and when i checked it, scroll wheel was not working properly and rt button was hardly sticking to the mouse and the seller rejected my return request stating it was open box delivery

Worst experience from @amazonIN the order that was suppose to get delivered by 8 AM to 12 PM got delayed for 3 hrs still no clear update on the order even though i contacted Amazon Team got no clear update for the same false delivery commitment makes instant delivery apps better

Last night ordered food around 2:00 AM didn't received it so slept after that as delivery guy blocked my number and order was stuck on the way and when got up realized the ordered was marked as delivered when contacted they said they can't do anything after 5 hours @Swiggy
