People often expect a goal-based answer. Or some mission. Or a target you haven't hit yet.
It's none of those for me.
What keeps me motivated is the /doing/ itself.

At my first ever engineering job, we had a VM (vagrant) environment for dev, and deploys went to a VPS on PHP 5.3. That system made me understand just how crucial containers are for production, even in a small company. If you're not containerised yet, you really should move 🧵
