@zomato not sure what sort of actions are taken, but my conversation was ended midway without finding a resolution? what is this nonsense? Why will somebody who had a terrible experience from a restaurant? Will order again from the same restaurant?

@zomato I moved on from Swiggy to you because I had a terrible experience at Swiggy, but not to this extent. Guess it’s time to move from Zomato and get back to @Swiggy

@zomato what kind of this action that you guys are taking against these sort of restaurants I don’t understand why we are forced to use the coupon again with the same restaurant. We have terrible experience with what is this monopoly

@zomato why will I order again and again from the same restaurant when I have the same terrible experience twice and this person close the conversation midway saying that I can’t do anything in that seems like we’re not able to reach a resolution it seems.

@zomato in order to redeem the coupon. Today I ordered again from this restaurant again. Order is 1 1/2 hours delay. My I had to check with the support. They cancelled my order and refunded the amount that I paid, but the coupon that I spent.

@zomato today back, I ordered from this restaurant. First of all the order was delayed by 15 to 20 minutes and then when I got the order one item was missing. I filed the complaint and I got a coupon code, which was not worth the amount of the item.

@nammayatri support is the worst I have ever seen. I made a complaint about higher fare. No one responded. Ticket said someone will call me in 4 hours. Days passed by but no one called so I again pinged on the same chat. Again, no one responded.

I made this complaint in January 2026. It’s March end but no one even messaged. And this is not the first time. I also complained about safety but no one responded or called.

So I rented a 55 inch smart TV from @FURLENCO and it was delivered today. I had a bad renting experience from Rentomojo so this time I decided to rent from @FURLENCO I live in a rented house and I have pets so I called the team and emailed them as well.

She informed she can’t transfer the call. The only thing she can do is tell the other team which failed to update and they will get back to me within 15 minutes. They work till 7:30 (as per the website) and till now no one has gotten back.

What amazed me is despite all this no one actually bothered to call back or check the privacy of tue users. Just FYI call didn’t help and I was on hold for 6 minutes @FurlencoSupport
So I turned on the TV to check if everything is working fine and guess what They didn’t even do a factory reset. I have all the logged in accounts of the previous user. I’m logged into #Netflix #YouTube #AmazonPrime and other apps.
The TV arrived today and I asked the delivery partner if they can quickly finish the wall mount. He looked at me and told me that he has absolutely no information regarding this and there will be no wall mount as the team didn’t inform them. So I called the @FurlencoSupport
I wonder what is shittier, the product or the customer support. I have rented 6 products from @rentomojo and only 2 of them are actually working. And for some reason their customer support reps don't give a shit about their customers either. Regret renting from @rentomojo :(

@ACTFibernet worst customer service. My internet is not working from yesterday. I called at least 6 times and every time I got a different issue with different timeline. False promises made by the team. Worst experience.

2 days have gone by but @ACTFibernet still has not taken any action. No regards for people who are working from home and solely depend on the Internet. Customer support representative was rude as well. So I registered a closing request and switched to @airtelindia
