In a post COVID world of Build Back Better, the “S” in ESG is now of equal stature and importance relative to the E and the G. Brands that fail to act with transparency and meaningful action on “S” risk competitiveness and reputational harm.

The framework for MANAGING, MEASURING and REPORTING on “S” is ever-shifting and the hill is getting steeper. Vigilance will be required to avoid missteps. Social media will quickly punish those who don’t comply. @VeriStell_Inst
