prefer channels with constant views and see if the topic you picked is relevant. for example, osteoporosis, think: what foods strengthen bones? what exercises old people can do for this? how habits they can change to improve their bones?

after that, just apply it to your channel, keep track of important keywords always on titles, psychological hooks too..
every channel i made, i took the idea from channels that were like 5-8 years old, didn’t really changed a lot, just brought it in a more pretty way
