Our Welsh fellow @sofiaelew explained why the crisis of journalism in Wales is a crisis of democracy too.
“Journalism exists to inform the electorate”, she said. “But almost three-quarters of Welsh citizens say they don’t get enough information about how Wales is run through the media.”

A few years ago, some friends and I talked about setting up a mentoring scheme to help connect people from our hometown to the career advice and early opportunities we wished we'd had when were starting out.
A few years on, and we're now onto our second set of mentees!
