One way to resolve prison overcrowding is to make it so shit when you are in there, 10 to a cell, eat twice a day, no tv, no visitors. That you never want to go back. It may even help reduce the crime rate too. Time to make crime pay as the other namby pamby way ain't working.

I'd love to see a Digital ID card system which would include every time you get a Deliveroo you have to scan the driver's ID to register they are working. Watch benefits claims tumble and tax revenue increase when this legalised cash in hand system is tightened up. #DigitalID
