I bake vegan cakes. There are good alternatives to eggs, butter and milk.
Almond, cashew, soya, coconut , plant based alternatives are available.
I do understand , to save the cost these bakery uses low quality ingredients.
For your own health- do not buy from small bakeries or bake at home.
Brother when you ask for a vegetarian cake, that eliminates the essential part of the cream i.e., eggs.
You can't have a vegetarian cake and then complain about the oil in the cream, that's literally what you order. ๐ญ
