Started with 3 SOL, with a goal of 2% gain per position and 1 SOL target PNL at EOM, consistent shrimp gains ...still beat trying to catch the next 100x rug. ๐ฆ๐ผ
Slow and steady wins the race.
Ahoy crewmates ๐ดโโ ๏ธ
You're not a whale.
You're not even a dolphin.
You're a shrimp with a $50 bag and good Wi-Fi. ๐ฆ
And that's exactly where every LP should start. โคต๏ธ
Shrimp LP Diaries : entry #1.
This BALL-SOL position, fully transparent:
โ 0.5 SOL in (~$42.70)
โ 12.9% PnL
โ $5.51
โ 5h39 in range
Is $5 life-changing? No.
But you're not farming dollars yet, you're farming reps. ๐
My rule since day one: each position โ 5% of the portfolio.
Not "this one feels good, ape more."
Not revenge LPing after a red trade.
Same risk. Every single time.
End of month, I recalc.
Portfolio up โ size up. 0.5 โ 0.75 SOL.
Portfolio down โ size down. No ego, no exceptions.
Small wallets CAN learn DLMMs. At the start the goal isn't to flex size, it's to build the reps:
ยท read volume
ยท pick ranges
ยท respect exits
ยท protect the bankroll.
Track % PnL. Track your win rate. Track whether the process is improving, not your dollar count.
Because if you can't run a $50 bag with discipline, $5,000 just sinks you faster.
Learn small. Survive longer.
Scale only when the system earns it. ๐ดโโ ๏ธ๐
Shrimps first. Whales later.
What's YOUR risk-per-position rule : fixed % or gut feel? ๐
